Thank you for visiting and shopping at Express Braided Wigs.

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy;

Shipment Processing Time For Ready To Ship Wigs: wigs or items in this category ships same or next working days after a bid has been completed and approved.

Shipment Processing Time For Custom Orders: due to fact that we sell bespoke handmade wigs at a bidding rate that gives customers the pricing power, we are anticipating a huge sale and processing would require some time between 20-35 working/business days. Shipment takes place within (2-3) working days within the USA and (5-7) working days for international shipment, after processing has been completed.

Packages are shipped with the United States Postal Service USPS or DHL.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Note! Due to unforeseen or unplanned circumstances such as corona, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Shipment confirmation and Order tracking; You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours as usps and dhl picks up packages from us in bulk.

YOUR ORDERS ARE SHIPPED FROM OUR MAIN FACTORY IN BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS USA or SHIPPED FROM OUR ANNEX FACTORY IN AFRICA

Multiple Items:

  • Orders with multiple items: in a situation where one order contains multiple items and you want them shipped separately, the customer would be liable to pay for the second shipping fee.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: we ship worldwide.

Customs, Duties and Taxes; Express Braided Wigs is not responsible for any customs, import duties and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed after shipping are the responsibility of the customer when the shipment gets to its destination (tariffs, import duties taxes, etc.). They differ and varies from country to country.

Contact your local customs office for details. Deliveries would need to be signed for except on holidays. Once you miss the postal service for deliveries, items will be sent back to your local postal for collection. Please, contact them.

Shipping laws are different in each country. Customer assumes the responsibility to check with his/her customs office to verify whether his/her country permits the shipment of purchased products. Express Braided Wigs is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arises from improper international shipping practices.
